Rules For Tenants Using The Apartments
Bed linen is removed by the tenant and placed in the washing machine. The landlord washes, dries and puts it back.
All kitchen utensils are removed from the dishwasher and put away.
Vacuuming and dusting are performed, and the landlord is responsible for cleaning all rooms.
Any defects should be reported to the landlord.
Please leave the place tidy after yourself.
